This workshop provides both new and experienced Managers with the skills and practices related to Servant Leadership.  If you are interested in having Leaders who empower and enable their people, then this is the session for you.  As a result of this 3 day experience, participants will:

• Hone Goal Setting, Planning, Delegation, and Coaching skills
